Bernadette Boudreaux has always been a go-getter. After years of working in various industries, she realized that her diverse range of experiences had given her a unique perspective on business. Her mentors and colleagues had encouraged her to start her own consulting company for years, and Bernadette finally took the leap at the end of 2020 and started planning and  launched in Jan of 2023.

With 14 years of experience in product development in the automotive industry, real estate experience since 2001, and small business ownership for three years, Bernadette had a wealth of knowledge to share. Her time as a lighting engineer and manager, as well as four years as an operations director, added to her skillset. Her commitment to DEIR initiatives and involvement in community and industry organizations showed her dedication to making a positive impact.

Starting her consulting company and partnering with experts allowed Bernadette to capitalize on her talents and explore new opportunities. She quickly built a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced consultant, and her clients include some of the familiar names in various industries.

For Bernadette, starting her own consulting company was the best decision she had ever made. She has been able to use her expertise to help others succeed, and her commitment to DEIR initiatives meant that she was making a positive impact on the world.
